DAME ELIZABETH FRINK, one of Britain’s most celebrated leading artists. Well known for her powerful sculptures, it must not be over looked however that she was a prolific and enthusiastic print maker. These included depiction’s of animals, birds of prey, illustrations of books, and her familiar powerful portraits of men with extended jaw lines and strong features. Her printmaking sheds new light on an intriguing career. The vision and ability that Frink shows in this medium establishes her place alongside the greats of Twentieth Century art.
